I might be stupid, but can I only hit wraiths with magic? or is there another way?

there's 3 other ways. elemental weapons, temporarily enchanting your weapon using a prayer (requires 6 int) or holy water flasks, silver bullets fired using a gun.

what is the best weapon scales on strength? I'm kinda dumb and did 70 (S) strength
