The goblin enemy is a random encounter enemy, so go around the 2nd floor. It applies a brainwashing effect on you and can be removed by sleeping, using a status effect remover item, etc.

How do i get to the goblin chest trap room on 2nd floor? It says i need the special key but i don't know where to find it, also ed the thief is no longer at the camp after i killed the boss and unlocked 3rd floor
You'll have to go to the pub in 3rd floor town and buy the key from Ed, I assumed how much he sells it to you is depended on the level of closeness you have with him.
Does anyone have a save file with all h-scenes unlocked? Not the gallery, like a save that I can just walk up to the npcs who have events and do it.

Futa is a curse you gain from the trap which you can get from the box with small chance
Futa doesn't have any impact. Just a still image on the right and a scene of removing it with onahole
UPD: Maybe, citizens react to this on your return being a futa. But i'm not sure

there's 3 other ways. elemental weapons, temporarily enchanting your weapon using a prayer (requires 6 int) or holy water flasks, silver bullets fired using a gun.
