The NPC you are referring to must be Otto the Teacher. After giving Amy the potion, you can go to the tavern in the city of exiles and ask the owner there about her. Also, you can report it to Otto instead of looking for Amy.
What happens next after doing these actions might be worth seeing for yourself, so I will stop here.

For Max, You have to help him find his treasure.
For Simon,You have to find his sister. Idk the last one
ok so here is how to get those specific statuses :
raped: Complete Max's questlines, and you might get the status in the prison at town
rogue: get 100 points on Chaos scale
money-grubber: sell the healing potion to the church lady for 1000G (just don't donate any Chamoille to boost the price)
stew addict: keep eating the stews served by the Shrine Maiden Amanda in the cannibal village on the 2nd floor
Go to the underground bar at town and ask the master there to remove it.
Sewer. You can either lockpick a gate down, or if you have the guild's key (by progressing Regulus's quest or giving a prisoner Fine Wine), you can go into the guild at night and go down there through the manhole opened at night.

He's certainly weak to lightning magic, can't say what to do if you're going for a physical damage build.
i helped simon find his sister till the 4th layer and even gave her purified seed, got simon's rifle, and yet he's still not show up at the shrine maiden village.
in new game+ no no for regulus/simon/borde =-= so i'm bored now look like it's because of 1.08
do you know how to "correctly" end the regulus route? i already accepted his ring and accept his proposal yet he's still not show up at the finale.
yes, on ng+. i only managed to get max ending out of 4 npc endings by giving him blueprint, friend or lover it worked the same way.
You can get the "raped" status after completing Max's story, "The Stolen Treasure." At the end of the story, there's an option to imprison the criminal. After parting ways with Max, go to the prison and interact with him. This will automatically trigger an H-scene and trigger the "raped" status.
And for the "stew addict" status, you can get it in Hegui Village on the second layer. Interact with Elder Amanda
and accept the food she offers. Repeat this several times and the status will appear.not really. i got max shown up at the shrine maiden village and finished the game with his special ending. but not simon or regulus even tho they can become your lover just like max.
