facing an isssue with the game ,sometime when i come back from dungeon or loose ,i loose all levels and allocations .
and now after 1.08 patch all saves are invaid

sounds like you played for too long on old patch
i was able to import my saves from 1.04 to 1.08 without additional trouble

Visit the clinic in upper residential district. Increase your fame or break in through the gate in the entertainment back alley.

i found a way to get the bugs potion
i think i killed the elder from village?

Shes tough, i needlessly laced my potions with "deal all the damage" effect instead of cure negatives
i still have no recipe, but i plundered a lot so i hope i will manage

Go to the left building from Otto's Church.
There's a door in there that will lead you to the quest target for Otto's quest.
