Better to ask that question directly to 1Kiri1. He actually made a miniguide for the first floor and much more. All the images he uploaded seems with a similar language to Russian, but i'm not sure.

since you can only have 2 bombs in single playthru best way to get more is probably New Game plus with pure seed?
i have around 20 corrupted seeds, but flowers don't drop for me
theres a path on the left side, u need to sneak on the guards, then go to the right then sneak on the monsters, its a long path tho, u need multiple saves cause the mobs there are like lvl 99, also there are plants once u reach the volcano mines (once you go down enough u can reach the carts to teleport u to the entrance of the cave, then use the horse carriage to go back home.
You cannot open that door unless you use the bomb you get in the first floor in this place. But be careful some of the monsters you'd face if you open this path are strong (so try to lvl up ,do missions before go to the 2º floor) and you'll start to play the 2º floor in one of the four temples of that layer, but it's possible try to get teleported at of one of those temples.

Damn, i simply gave up when i end as early slave, i would not have the patience for sneaking and save-loading 5 floors of deep dungeons
It was in the linked guide on the first page, it never mentioned that the third layer was requirement, I was starting to think it was bugged.
