U need to check the red door (Oz Chapel or Oz Sanctuary), there are two on first and third floor, Simon third event is inside the chapel but I still cant find the way to reach the event for it sit on the upper side while I as present can only reach lower side .-.

Also to add to the other guy who replied to you = Try to prevent her Leotard from breaking. Use repair kit item while in the dungeon, and when in town, there is a place to the right (the player's right) of the dungeon entrance (double down-arrows) where you can repair her leotard for a fee.
just figured it out, it's the store in the red light district that's locked during the day. im assuming it's not actually supposed to be locked, either that or the quest should remain active until nighttime when they open
You have to trigger a different event that has a CG (Like one of the casino bunny girl scenes), then it will clear everything after you complete that event
