okey so since no one felt like telling me i had to do this shit myself (masochist skill) via gameplay not in character creation.
1. fastest way is to get arrested for criminal acts you succeed with gaining bounty and then in jail you try to escape and get caught then you choose serve your time this will get you tortured 2 times in one visit i think doing this 2~3 times will get you the skill thats the fastest way with less gameplay i did lose alot of battles before this but i think those dont count they only increase libido if you have the skill.
2. (if you want to avoid the chain and ball eq) second fastest is committing criminal acts and not succeeding in other words getting beat up do this 5~ times
basically you need to see the: "name" felt miserable, that is the que to the mazo experience gain i didnt look when i was in prison but im pretty sure she felt miserable after getting tortured
3. loseing battles i lost at least 10~15 battles nothing happened i went insane instead did not sleep in btw the losses though but im pretty sure loseing battles does not give the skill, you need out of combat masochist events to gain the exp thats my theory anyway.
