you need pure seed and fragnant amatriyss to make a bottle of memory for end of hilda's quest, you can get recipe from the guy upstairs in church, you need like 1 impure seed and 5 day each time, so 5 impure seed. Old man gets arrested and leaves a note for you at end of the quest, you need to go visit him. Then he gives the recipe for pure seed. You need to find glowing statues across the dungeon and make pure seed with them.



After making the bottle of memory with Nel's help, Hilda wakes up and you have some moment with her, then she leaves a note for you, saying she's waiting you in shrine maiden village. You have to talk with Hilda until the end, then she will give you a ring for the door in first pic open.

you can try multiple methods posted by users here, just search up key words like "level" in the search bar for extended list. I've never tried doing that so I don't know what works so try it out yourself.
