I've addressed why this wouldn't work or happen in the past in this thread. Again I'll happily offer my assistance to anyone wanting to make a mod for such content, but the chances of Violet x Matt content ever making it into the game officially are slim to none.

Everyone has our permission to make any mod they want. We even ship an example mod with the game showing how to add your own events to the game.

Go to FMC's home and enter her bedroom and go to the bed and sleep. This will cycle to a new day and you can progress the story, go to school, explore the town, work, and other things. Repeat the sleep cycle as you play. Cheers!

You either need to walk around (the option on the map on the left) or click on the cafe/bakery on the map (whichever you work at).

When you walk around if nothing happens itll tell you why. It'll say something like "I need to go to work" or "It's to late to walk around", whichever is being said to you is what you need to do. If it is just after picking a club like you said then you need to go to work after by clicking on the cafe or the bakery, whichever youre working at. I've attached an image highlighting the two job locations on the map, the bakery doesnt show its name here as im working at the cafe. Once you've worked you can walk around or go back home and sleep to progress to the next day.
