EDIT: Solved. Conflict caused by Universal Gallery Unlocker mod

Thanks a lot! I’ve been digging through the thread but couldn’t find a solution until now. Applying the suggested fix in images.rpy resolved the issue perfectly.

Inceton added encryption to v0.8.0 of Thot on Trial that breaks loading any mods shipping .rpyc code (which includes .rpa files like URM uses since they are just archives with .rpyc files packed inside). This will likely apply to future versions of all their other games.

I detailed how to make URM work again in this post under the Making 3rd Party Files Work section. There is no guarantee that same file will work in future versions or other games if they add it, but hopefully the post provides enough info for other people to make the same changes if I'm not around to do it.

No, you can't open URM during replays.

Something weird started happening with this mod, like a RKO, it was Outta Nowhere, but suddenly, whenever I have it in the folder, my rollback isn't working. Started a few nights ago, and I had been trying to figure out why, but when I start the game without this mod, my rollback is working fine, but the moment I put this in there, it stops working. Like it will let me rollback, but the second I stop, it jumps right back where it was unless I click the mouse button in the half of second it gives me.
