Galleries can be problematic if you access it from the main menu with Episode 14.
It's missing the "Return" buttons from the galleries, there are only "Previous" and "Next" buttons in either Gallery and Replay Scenes screens. You're stuck in the galleries if you accessed these from the Main Menu (can't save/load in galleries, no main menu button since you're still on it).
If you've loaded up a save or start a new game, and then accessing the galleries is fine since you can still esc/right click out of the galleries screen and back to the game.
So for now, load up a save/start new game if you want to check the galleries.

But then this version had to make even stupider mistakes like putting whispered text in parentheses which is supposed to be an indicator for characters just thinking text, and almost completely duplicating lines back to back during the scene with the roommate and Gabby. (Had to resort to a label hijack to correct that nonsense.) Seriously, why the fuck is it asking too much for the dev to playtest this shit one fucking time before releasing???
Again there is clearly a lot of work going into this game with the images, and the dialogue as a whole is more polished and sounds like more natural engllish than a hell of a lot of other games on this site. But version after version there are just the stupidest technical mistakes that detracts from the game and could be found and fixed so easily... (And for some reason the dev keeps going back and changing variables from one letter to full words...but still failed to notice or fix the broken variables from previous versions. Ugh.) I really want to sub and support this game...but I refuse to do so until the dev proves they give a shit about quality control.
Also is it just the compressed version that is missing two of the sound files "carclose" and "carmove" or did the dev actually forget to include them? I wasn't sure of that, so for now I didn't attempt to fix the sound errors.

For me <ESC> works everywhere, even when gallery or replay scenes are started from the main menu.

Yes, most expect parentheses for inner thoughts, but that's not a rule. This game clearly shows " thoughts " as "thoughts."
I think every variation has been used in AVNs for thoughts, whispering, showing anger, fright, etc...
Because Renpy is so flexible in coding, developers have experimented greatly.

The bonus scenes are not included in the game download, it's probably a special game version or add on for the supporters.
Yeah I know it's not a rule, but once a game establishes it's formatting I don't thinking it's asking too much to more or less stick to it. Up until this episode whispers were always indicated by either (whisper) or *whisper* (even that wasn't uniform but still close enough and not confusing).
As for thoughts...sadly they don't actually always use the "thoughts" character as the speaker either in this game (more inconsistency). For example check out the shower scene with the landlady at the start of this chapter. Thoughts are done as words in parentheses for the MC... So you have the same exact parentheses notation for both thinking something and whispering something in the same chapter... Sloppy and confusing.

I'm a proofreader and I also did what I could with non-language issues, but I suck at understanding code.
I think I fixed some of the problems you mentioned.I've contacted Greebo on Discord and sent him some corrected files. Maybe we'll get a more polished game soon.
