What happened to the ability to rename MC for PC? If I load a save my name is "None"

I'm stuck at Miss Nelson's Laptop and i cant exit it said press ESC but i'm playing on an android port, anyone got a fix or a save after exiting it?

I see the femdom tag, but is there any actual femdom scenes currently in the game? Lots of games have this tag, but there won't be any scenes in the game. Renders looks beautiful, I hope there are some scenes.

Series 1 offered the option to rename Emma, Rose and Skylar from the start (not just define the relations). So I did. Series 2 doesn't have this option, it seems, except that you can tweak the relations, but that doesn't change their names in the UI. Thinking about it, maybe it was the mod that offered the option - but then the mod for Series 2 doesn't! Either way, this is quite annoying.
