Hey
The Sexy Chinaman
Game shows promise on the visual side, hope to see more and get some animations (maybe more fluid than on previous games even).
A few feedback on current release:
I think that it is not necessary to have the days split in that many different hours, a few periods cover almost every need you can have to fill the day with activities and give a better feeling than what you have here as it really feels bad to have to skip that many hours to search for an event.
I know it's still early stages, but I doubt there will be enough events/things to do that there is a need for hour per hour day split.
Maybe tune down the grind on MC stats gain (strength, intelligence, ..) as they only give a feeling of filling the void.
Having to repeat events with the girls because these events evolve/have more options with girls stat changing is OK (but should maybe not be too grindy either), but for MC stats, it just gives a feeling to be doing nothing interesting but being a kind of time skip (and will probably just push people to cheat those stats if needed).
Each of the girls will have an arc or two (corruption/romance). Some will be shorter, some will be longer.
Regarding that, it seems promising too, but that leads me to my last remark: I hope you won't take it badly but I think that with the way you started coding this game, it might become hard to maintain it and easily update it with proper content.
As I said, visuals and intentions for the game are good and I want to see more, but I think that you might lose time because of how the coding is organized right now and this would hinder creation of content or delay it depending on how you want to post updates.
As an example I joined a zip file of a renpy game folder (I made it more VN oriented, but still it applies to sandboxes too for the most part) showing a way to organize code/scripts/images to make it easier to find/use/update them, that also allows you to easily deliver update files and not full game files if you are not familiar with versionning tools. Lots of comments and recommandations.
I am no renpy expert for possibilities the engine offers, but as far as organizing a development folder goes, having a clean one helps a lot in the long run.
Hope this can help and feel free to ask if you want to exchange on the topic.
Best of luck to you
