No, it's not the same as the "general release" (Basic). Of course the 2 2023 Christmas scenes are the same... that's not the point though. The difference is Basic versus Extended. Again, this VN always comes in two variants every update being Basic & Extended. I've explained the differences between the two many times for years, I'm not going to do it anymore since there's a perfectly good search bar for that.

No bud, it shouldn't be. "Specials" have never ever been a locked item in the past, both Christmas 2021 & 2022 (and now 2023 Anniversary) scenes are inside "Specials" and that entire page is a free-for-all. Christmas 2023 will be inside that same "Specials" gallery page as well. Don't worry 'bout it bud.

"Need" doesn't really enter into the equation. You just don't wanna "hear" it. But you'll be reading it as long as forums or reviews (like Steam reviews) exist.

Again, there is a big difference. I'll clarify this one last time bud:

• Both v1.3.5 Anniversary Extended & v1.3.5 Christmas Extended are "Extended" versions of the VN.
• v1.3.5 Christmas Basic is the "Basic" version of the VN.

Extended versions are: Basic + "Extras" unlockable scenes.

As far as "pressure" I don't follow you. If you want Extended version early (before someone else eventually leaks them to a supplier here) then sub to the dev with the appropriate tier and you'll get them on day 1 of release. Easy-peasy.

In case DreamNow is still active on this forum, a bug report:

When starting the game for the first time (ever), go to "Gallery", then click "Bios". The game will show a debug screen. Pressing rollback will close the game, pressing ignore causes a different error to pop up.

It's also possible to open the notebook multiple times:

• open the notebook, and go to another tab (extra, memories, docs, ...)
• click the notebook icon to open it again, and go to another tab again
• click the notebook icon again, rince & repeat

You'll have to close (a maximum of 2) notebook instances using the 'close' button. (It's intuitive that if you click the notebook icon when it's already open, it acts like a close button instead.)

If you open the phone while on the notebook, the phone's wallpaper will be transparent.

Another one: I didn't send Rachel a message on 11. Now, on day 12 I was forced to write a message, but never got a reply.
There's suddenly an event with Rachel that seems to come out of nowhere: (I also went to Nikki's instead of calling Rachel.)

Edit 2: I checked the walkthrough and noticed there were events with Rachel and Sara, even on the friend-path. These aren't triggering in my game. I'm training Ashley, but Sara seems to have disappeared except for an encounter with the thugs a day before the HSL party. I suspect that I completely broke Rachel's path after picking the "leave her" option after she went to the party with her friends.
