She is, and she's one of the best LIs in the game, in my opinion. I don't remember anything about the MC being forced to drool over her (in fact, I remember the opposite, where you have to choose whether she interests you or not), nor do I remember a forced fingering, but my memory is not great and I haven't played through the beginning of the game (without skipping around) in a while.

I only remember cause it was the thing that bugged me the most the first time I played Been awhile since I played but I remember a couple times the MC's thoughts were how she is hot and stuff like that. If the fingering was avoidable I messed up somehow but I recall I saw it on basically all my saves at the time even when not on her path. So either it's hard to avoid or things changed since last I played.
