keep in mind that all saves are going to get wiped out in the code update I'm currently working on.

seeing as a future update will nuke old saves, what's the point of this one if folks will need to start from scratch again anyways, so why not just hold off updates untill that's a given? Anyways, I'm out, playing from scratch again is something I only rarely do and only voluntarily, being forced to just kills the fun for me.

The characters are compelling in spite of all the shit holding this project back. Shannon particularly appeals to my fried millennial brain (a thousand curses be upon her for not going further this update)

Honestly I kinda wish the dev would just focus on churning out character dialogue and plot progression rather than fiddling with renders that were already looking dated when the project started.
Also, it might be heresy to say, but i'd rather have a more complete story a year from now, rather than 400 new meh looking CGs.
Especially when A.I is advancing at such a pace that we'll probably be able to infill the games lacking visuals with a Shannon ultra 4k realistic animated mod by the time even one playthrough is complete.

As crazy as it sounds, some people really like Unleashed. Many of those people wanted to play the update as it was available, to see the new content. And they don't mind playing through it again when the time comes. They can even wait until the next Episode 8 to play things all in one go. But these people have a choice.

I had a couple patrons complain about Mega, saying that it got stuck at 60% for some reason. I've never had that before with Mega, and many other people were able to download it without problems.

Perfect reading 10/10 - you know the dev then takes pride in his writing...

Edit: yeah.. as pointed out - the problem was between the chair and the monitor (as usually)

Question.. I don't remember if I ever played this before, but when you release the new version that breaks all the old games, do you still expect people to wade through the 305+ pages of this forum for info that should be in the game?

I like the concept of having to look in different places for clues, even outside games (on a web site or something), but trawling through 300+ pages trying to find info, as written would be needed in the intro page, is a bit much to ask for.
