You probably haven't met Alice or Elena. You have to start a new game, enter all codes and advance until you get the explanation about how to access the gallery in-game to unlock Alice. That's what worked for me. You may need to advance even further to unlock Elena.
You just need to merge the 'game' folder of the mod with the 'game' folder of Unlimited Pleasure [v0.4.9].
I've not been able to find the scene replay (even though it's on the main menu) to unlock it.
How do you use a command in the administrator /command prompt? This is the one in the desktop computer.

well i cant seem to do anything besides declare love to the ladies
and i can talk to 2 of them caus the redhead milf is only having a intro
also cant gift the characters things

What do you mean by merge? Like move the mod folder into the game folder or is it something else?
The stuff in the mod game folder has to go in the Unlimited Pleasure game folder.
(make sure you don't put the mod game folder in the Unlimited Pleasure game folder)
Can I do anything to get my saves from 0.4.2 working? I would love to continue with the story and dont want to click through docens scenes ...
Edit: Just started a new game and no wander the old saves arent working. There are many new mechanics and there is not much left of the old intro. Not sure if it is for the better yet, but interesting. I just hope this wont be regular thing. I really dont like to repeat things. One downer right now is, that I have to unlock the relationships again but I bet the scenes are the same. Thats not really an inspiring reward.
