If you had two characters: one woman and one futa, and they look exactly the same except that one has a huge 3 foot penis. Would you choose the first or the second one?
The whole point of a futa is that it has a penis despite looking like a woman. So, I understand when I see those futa games where they fuck mc/other girls/dudes, or they get blowjobs/handjobs. They are using the thing and thus justifying its existence.
But lately there have been some games where they just stick a penis in a female character for no reason, and they never use it. So why have it there?? If you want it there, then you would want to do something with it no? Do you just like looking at it but not touching/interacting with it? Does it disgust you?

The best way to put it is that It removes most of the masculine traits while leaving a dick to fuck the girls with. At the moment , 2 types of interactions are planned with her:
1) Choose her gender or refuse to interact with her (I still don't know exactly which of these options I will choose, later I will create a poll among subscribers)
2) Leave her a dick.
Each of these options is mutually exclusive and don't worry, if you don't want to see a girl with a dick, you won't see her, I'll ask you about it in the game at least a few times.
If you choose the option where she will have a dick, then in certain scenes you will have the choice to share girls with her or arrange a threesome or not share anyone with her.
I see that some people agree with you and in 0.4 there will be a small scene with the older sister that you can skip. BUT I can't completely exclude interaction with these characters, you can't imagine how serious this change is, so much so that it would be easier for me to make a new game than to rewrite the plot for this.
Let's agree like this, in 0.4 and 0.5 there will be interactions with them and I can't remove this, but later, I have a very good idea how I can implement it.

Sounds good. The more options with her the better, so players can choose exactly what they are comfortable with.
There comes a point where you can only do so much and no more. If it's really that big of a change I don't think it's worth it to compromise on your vision. Even though I am always for options like these, because each player can choose what they want to see which is always a good thing. But If it would need an entire rewrite of the story to implement it then I think that is too much to ask. Do as much as you reasonably can to accommodate the audience but eventually you have to settle somewhere. You can't please everyone.
Though I do admit I wouldn't choose to avoid them nor split them up as I am a fan of lesbian content and I like them. Charlie is a wild one but the story doesn't have a serious tone anyway. So maybe it's my bias speaking.
