well ive downloaded it 3 different times from here and the bottom half of each image is a quarter image to the right

Can you post an image of your issue? I seem to recall reading of people having this issue a few years ago, I believe the solution was to update their drivers but I am not entirely sure if it's exactly the same problem.

He hasn't said anything in Discord for 5 months, the mods say he's just working on the game as well as dealing with personal issues. /shrug

I've had this happen with Ren'py games a few times. Can usually be fixed by switching the renderer. When you start up the game, hold down the shift key to bring up the Graphics Acceleration/Change Render Options menu. Switch from GL2 renderer to ANGLE2 and it should fix the issue.
