is the vanilla part of the game any good? might be stupid since that's the game itself but was just wondering if I won't be wasting my time trying out one part of the game, and then having no scenes at all because i chose vanilla

Depend, if simply putting your MC's dick into waifu pussy (with or without consent) is vanilla then the game is 93% vanilla.
Most endings require doing the information gathering and buttering up Hazuki before the day of her departure, vainilla happens if you accept her invitation to her house. Basically, you both netflix and chill and you get a nice sex scene. A similar sex scene happens in the sexual slave ending, but Hazuki has heart eyes to indicate her complete submission to you (plus different dialogue). In other words, you get a nice scene but much less content and options if you go vainilla ice cream.
Something worth noting is that the potental sequel (if retrolab ever gets back to it) "Happy Days" continues from the vainilla ending.

The previous game (Dangerous Road) has three heroines with different endings, including pregnancy. It has similar CGs, and it includes Hazuki since this game is based on ending 7th from that game (the pregnancy ending for Hazuki). However, it's not a kidnapping/training game but instead an RPG-style quest with each heroine in the same city. I recommend it, but it is not the same style as this game.
There are other games with kidnapping and corruption that include pregnancy, but they are usually focused on a single ending or the pregnant/not pregnant possibilities. I don't remember any other game also includes birth with the same progress as Bound by Love.

I love the attention to detail in this game. Most games with multiple options don't really reward you for your unique choices. I just played at my leisure without guides and got these scenes:

After the first time you take her out of the house (requires a collar and some obedience) you can bring her to a school, enter the far right room, exit past the door which is no longer blocked, and then find a used filled condom on the grass. You can spread it on her and get her pregnant without actually inserting anything...solid...inside her. I guess it's a really big condom, because you can "use" it as many times as you want, and it never seems to run out haha...
I'm still playing through the game (trying not to use 100% saves or guides), but I imagine this gives a different outcome compared to actually doing it with her yourself?

There are a bunch of CGs and the following endings:
1. You fuck up because you failed the planning phase or you failed the kidnapping phase.
2. You get arrested while trying to kidnap Hazuki. You may also get arrested if you are in the training phase but fail to get an alibi in time.
3. You romance Hazuki successfully and accept her invitation the night before her departure. Vainilla sex ensues, and a long-distance relationship is created. This is the ending that leads to the supposed sequel, "Happy Days"
4. You are too horny during the molesting events in the train and the elevator and rape Hazuki in the train. This will lead to a scene where you rape her in late hours at the office, but soon after the gyaru coworker arrives and beats your ass. Besides being in prison, the epilogue adds an extra scene showing that gyaru coworker took advantage of Hazuki and is doing the same thing without the bondage.
5. You go too wild with physical training and never heal Hazuki for two days. She succumbs to her wounds.
6. You have trained Hazuki, but her escape meter is too high. She escapes, and months later, you become the protagonist of an NTR hentai with the gyaru man sending you a series of videos thanking you for training Hazuki and showing you how she grows into her pregnancy as he bangs her.
7. Yandere Simulator. You fully trained Hazuki to become a sex slave (100), but you chose to bang one of the other girls (annoying junior or schoolgirl/Mina). The next day Hazuki will escape her cell and murder your ass before also killing herself
8. Hazuki becomes your sex slave before getting pregnant. Similar sex scene as in vanilla ending, but dialogue and images show a darker style to reflect the different relationship
9. You get Hazuki pregnant without completing her sexual training, usually below 90. Hazuki has a dream sequence at the office just before she is leaving, but everyone is telling her that she is no longer going away; she then becomes nude, and then pregnant. She wakes up just before birth and after she refuses to do it you give her a birth inducing medicine; since she keeps resisting, it's implied you rape her one more time to make her give birth. She does, and you celebrate that even if she is not your sex slave, you succeeded in getting her pregnant and making her give birth to your child.
10. Similar to above, but without the dream sequence and dialogues reflecting her devotion to you (100 love meter). The medicine this time turns pain from birth into pleasure, so she gets the best experience from it. You celebrate your success in fully making Hazuki yours.
11. You slept with your annoying junior three times (this means you sold the schoolgirl, Mina). Ending shows her pregnant and you are both having sex in the office in secret, with her happy about having a boyfriend to support her while you mentally mock her and plan to use her as a means to support your lifestyle with Hazuki
12. Two girlfriends. You have raped the schoolgirl three times (you sold the junior coworker) and discover she knows Hazuki because they are close friends. Knowing it is too risky to let her go and finding fun in this discovery, you kidnap the girl and build a personal jail for her in your house. Months later, you present a pregnant Mina as a birthday gift to Hazuki, and promise her they can be together as your girlfriends.
Here come the dumbass endings, only posible after buying/training/selling back 3 or more girls in the red brick auction house. They invite you to bet Hazuki and try your luck getting her back to gain more money and prove yourself to others. If for whatever reason you trust this fuckers, consider yourself a completionist (even when you unlock all content after completing an a sucessful ending), or you are into playing cuck:
13. You will lose the bet on Hazuki and see her being banged bondage style by a shady guy who buys girls as cattle. Epilogue has the same scene with pregnant Hazuki, whose usefulness is gone after giving birth to like 12 kids since she was brought into the breeding factory. Since that will be the last pregnancy her body can handle, they plan to amputate her limbs for special clients
14. Same scene as above, but the winner is some rich dude who collects sex slaves. Hazuki has been his sex toy for years and given birth to his children, but this is the last pregnancy and birth her body can handle. He will dispose of her afterwards and then acquire a new sex slave.
