Is it morally admirable that I'm going to be a patron because you said something, despite stealing games from many who haven't? Nope, but I'll do it.

Hey, thanks for that. I'd seen it, but hadn't followed as couldn't play it (my old PC is the torrent/porn one).
I normally do a 32 bit friendly build as the PC build, but that setting got turned off this time around and I missed that. I'll try to keep a better eye out for it.

The easiest way is to save it google drive, and then email yourself the link. Open the link and it will walk you through the process. Android is kinda a butt and if your phone is full, it will just fail and not give you an error message.

Catelly has facial expressions in a few scenes
Better android support (Still very bare bones. More to come)

It disappeared somewhere in the process. Not sure what happened there. I'm on it! Meanwhile you can just rename it .zip, and it will work.

I don't want to review this yet because right now I'd only give it about 2/5, and I don't think that really represents the potential very well... Especially not since I'd only be the second review... But I have some detailed thoughts I wanted to add before I put this one on the back-burner.

1) Your sex scenes are all just a single sprite on a background. Which makes me wonder, are those just placeholders? (I noticed there are also scenes without any art yet, so I'm thinking 'yes'?)... The art is fantastic, which makes it all the more disappointing to get so little of it. Especially when the text often describes a more interesting and kinky romp than the art captures.
I'd love to see at least 4 sprites per scene so that they're really worth encountering: 1x foreplay/undressing, 2x sex scene, 1x cumshot. Those would be the basics, then you can mix it up a bit depending on the context of the scene.

2) Maybe it's just me, but flipping the character sprites to represent movement doesn't have the effect I think you've intended. Instead of making the characters feel more 'alive' what it actually does is make them all seem like paper dolls. It's constantly 4th-wall-breaking.

3) Your combat is pretty unique, which I like, but the gimmick gets old really fast... I think you need to mix it up more, and you could easily do that without changing the overall theme. Something like:
Melee Combat - What you have now; pure color-squashing while dodging the hits.
Ranged Combat - Hitting a single colored token without hitting any tokens of the wrong color, while dodging.
Magic Combat - Combining elements in the right order; i.e. 1x blue, 1 yellow, 1 purple, while dodging.

4) Since you have the option to avoid the combat minigame completely, you're clearly aware that it can be a bit tedious, but why not make that option an intrinsic part of the game? Some kind of consumable for example?... Which leads into my final comment...

4b) The combat also feels hollow because the enemies are all just health bars. It would be a lot more interesting if I could actually see what I was fighting, and more interesting again if those things had damage states and appeared as dead bodies in the post-battle scenes.

5) You have no economy. You say you want this to feel like tabletop RPG, but you're missing the most important aspect of that genre: RPGs are economic systems. There's the obvious buying and selling of equipment, but more than that just building a character from stats, backgrounds, classes, races, that's all a form of economy. You have to trade away points in one stat to favor another stat, or invest in a racial background as the foundation of your 'role play'.
Without anything like that, what you have here feels more like a 'Choose Your Own Adventure' story than an RPG.
For all the talk of money, jobs and payments; even to the point of prostituting yourself, none of it actually seems to matter. You can't buy your own clothes, weapons or equipment; there are no potions, spells, food, alcohol or other consumables; and no stats, trainers or skill checks that seem to impact the narrative.

I'm not saying this should become like Tales of Androgyny, with its bajillion stats and skills, but if you're truly going for the 'Tabletop RPG' feel then that's definitely a foundational premise you'll want to consider.

Cool art, not enough action, far too much reading and too straightforward. Could use more choices, more paths and more options overall. This game is just click then read for 10 mins then click again and read some more... boring as fuck

I'll give you a build that will get you around that issue. What is your platform?

Thanks for the detailed feedback and thoughts. I really appreciate it!

1) Art doesn't keep up with writing. I'd love to have more drawn sex scenes faster, but that isn't feasible until the Patreon account is operating closer to the black. I have to pick between every scene getting a drawn image, or most of the scenes having nothing at all, but a couple of scenes having a bunch. That is a good poll question, about which people would prefer.

2) Not changing, sorry :)

3) That style of combat is very difficult for me to design. I originally intended it to be very common, but I quickly found out I just don't have the creativity for it. The DnD style combat found in a couple of places is what I'm using to break it up. Thanks for your suggestions though! I might try those out.

4) That is an interesting design idea, but I don't think that accomplishes what I want. Games like Dragon Age let you skip the combat because some people are just here for the story/porn. They are playing one handed and don't want stuff to get in the way of that. I'm trying to serve two crowds here. The people that a porn VN, and the people want a porn game. Gamifying the skip doesn't seem like it would help me.

4b) More art isn't remotely feasible at this time. That would be rad though.

5) That's coming! My current push is to fix that. The current patron build(available here on 4/25) is VERY alpha, but shows where I want to go. My goal is to make it like a DnD campaign module. The first one is going to be pretty simple, as I have to build a lot of systems to support it. It's going to be a slow process, but I'm excited to do it.

You rock. That is a great bug find. That combat system is stupidly referecing the local asset path instead of the global one. I'll get a new build out tomorrow that will fix that issue.

I enjoyed the game so far, especially since I'm a sucker for a game with customization options. I hope you can implement the changes into the scenes, I like how Cat look with the ponytail :love:

Also would love to see more art for the sex scenes (well just like the majority), it's feels really weird to just see the characters standing and doing nothing during the scenes.

Seriously considering to pledge to at least buy you something to drink :ROFLMAO: when working on the game. Hope this one turn into a wonderful game. Cheers!
