In hindsight, this is not great UI, but you need to click that little checkmark.

All pregnancy content is "bad" ends along the way or the actual endings

As Squikie said, it's ending only and frankly a very minor part overall. This game is excellent, make no mistake, it's just not a pregnancy kink title.

It's static images only, and the gallery doesn't work on your save file, so people can't share it.
