lol agreed, at least for us players.But it worth it to get your mod
it really does suck how you can donate leftover food so to speak and get in trouble if someone who was starving happens to get sick.
im starving for that mod but how dare there be something in it that gives me visual indigestion (he says sarcastically to people that are like that)

Tested out a demo boss, realized I made it way too strong, adjusted it to be equal to multiple early game default RPG Maker enemies, still lost, realized battle test set you to automatically be level 1, adjusted level to what level I want you to be in when you actually fight this boss, and boom beat it using Xander alone and with Mardakko just using the basic weapons, armor, and items you'd have at that time (still too strong for level 1 tho lol)

Its parody if I've changed it enough, which I probably won't or can't. Plus I'm not running the risk anyways with the amount of different companys and/or franchises involved.
I dont know much about "how not to get sued" because ive never been in that kind of situation thankfully, but i thought that a good rule was if you didnt make money off of it you were good. is that totally wrong?
Either way thank you for posting progress on your work, its nice to see even if thats all your able to show us.

Even if you don't get money from it you could get sued for "defamation" if that's not how the creator wants his character portrayed and can convince a judge. For example, if the character is from a kid friendly series, then putting them in a porno is defamation as it goes against the concept itself. I'm not a lawyer, but its something I heard.

Added a couple more weapons and armors for Xander and Mardakko, just a couple of entry level ones for now. I might just go ahead and do all of Mardakko's weapons now since she uses guns and RPG Maker comes with several default guns to use.

I cannot think of a Halloween costume for Mrs. Jennings. I have an idea or have done one for everyone else except her. Here is a list of costumes for the women:

Cycle Post: Editing the actors database for their weapons and levels and such, I'm very tempted to have everyone's levels be equal to the number of years they'd been around (like Superman has been in comics for 80 years so he's level would be 80), but that would make some characters that appear early on in game super OP and would make battles a little too easy lol
EDIT: My brain while trying this: "But remember Chilly, most of these characters will only be part of boss fights in the endgame, and even if they are in boss fights early on they won't be in the party when you re-fight the bosses using the LMD when grinding for experience."

I guess i chalked it up in the same realm as reading off a fan fiction site or something. I do remember there being a comic a while back about a pope being portrayed in a way that was very unpope-like and there was a lot of flack over it but it was deemed ok because it was so over the top that the way he was portrayed was completely unrealistic.
Regardless i think your decision is the best one for you because even if you are legally right you could still be socially wrong and those repercussions seem to be way worse now a days.
You could always go with Satan/Demon with Mrs. Jennings. With red outfit with a tail and some horns, maybe a pitchfork and little bat wings. It wouldn't cross the line i wouldn't think. If you wanted it to be borderline you could make her more of a succubus costume.
If you wanted to go all in you could give her two outfits, an Angel for purity and demon for corrupt. Or, even better, just go Angel to start with and if you go the corrupt route her outfit could change to be more scandalous.
LOL love the costume ideas, I always thought of Dizzy as a Dairy Cow because of her first animation.
