You have to go to your room and click on the one of the circles where you can spy on the mother or sister. After that when you go to school Frenk will tell you about the park

but I've done already the holes ... and he didn't mention anything about the Park yet ....
When I played, Frenk told that I can buy tool at the store and if I need money I can do fishing from the park...after that the park icon showed up. So I don't know why it didn't show up for you

Maybe you need more positive points with Frenk so he can tell you. I don't even know if those points are important but maybe they are, and I also gave him a picture of sister

Major Changes:
* You can no longer switch to Neala
* Invisibility has been added to the game
* The Castle of Ilusions is now reachable
* The fundamentals for a slight alteration to the speech is in place
- The idea behind this is to allow the player to choose how they want to play
- They can select red options (which increases corruption) causing a more dominating playstyle
- Or they can select blue options (which increases desire) causing a "nicer" approaching to the game
- Over the next few builds older events will be re-written to incorporate the optional playstyles

* You can now fix the computer (speak to Kaylee after investigating it - you need to have met Kaylee first)
- This is required to progress with Sydney
* Sydney will now investigate your computer once fixed
* Fixed a few bugs (This includes the demon auto spawning on people)
