I've found some time over Easter to work on it, but progress is slow.
It doesn't help that I forgot what any of my code meant >.<

There are a few bugs here and there; in ny first playthrough, it was impossible to meet Sinn.
In my second, it became impossible to become a camgirl.

Think you need to do the diner/resturant route and the landlord route first. Not 100% sure about it though

Sometimes it just doesn't work - there's nothing to be done except start over, unless you want to mess about with the game's variables in the console. Doing that will almost certainly mean missing content, though.

Kinda.. You can avoid forced bg scenes by being safe (not jogging at night)
Kira, Sinn, Dillion routes can all be played lesbian only. Lennie and Angela also have a very short scene that is lesbian.
Though you'll be severely starved for content.
