I have not played since it was completed or even half way through yet but "impregnating a woman" is also part of the tag.
So if your looking for sex with a pregnant women with the belly to then you maybe out of luck.

A lot of players make the mistake that "Pregnancy" tag means pregnant sex but it more on this forum.
I wish we had tags for both but we don't and have to use what we have.
I believe the site is proposing a whole bunch of new tags if I remember correctly, so it's possible we'll get a separation eventually. I know personally I love both, but having pregnant sex vs impregnating are two different things, both of which I want to see.

The dev declared the game finished, so it's been given the completed tag. If you play it though, there are a lot of routes that have very rushed endings or no endings at all. The dev used to say that they would come back to wrap up the game properly, but for a while now they've just been ignoring questions about when/if that wrap up will come. Starting to get the feeling they're getting overwhelmed by their current game and it'll be "completed" soon too.
ETA: another way that the game feels unfinished is that the logic demarcating the different endings was either not implemented or implemented incorrectly because it's possible to see every ending currently in the game in the same playthrough without any kind of shenanigans whatsoever. Once you've completed all the content available for a LI or combination of LIs, you have the option to view the associated ending if there is one and just keep playing. There are no checks whether you are with other LIs that aren't included in an ending for any of the endings (solo or multipartner), as far as I've been able to tell.

The game will start earning money on its own, and you don't really need to spend a lot, if I recall correctly, so money isn't a real problem.
