If you play the compressed version maybe there is a bug in there. I played the comp version and i had the same problem.
When i downloaded the unconpressed version the poesia shop appears magically the next day.

When you choose "look for Senning/Vera/whoever" in a screen you get to talk and have some basic interactions. In this menu you can also change the background. Some of the available backgrounds have to be unlocked either in game or via the patreon codes, once you select them you get asked for the code.

I think she will be making porn with the MC, if you check the patreon page it says no NTR so I don't think you will see the girls with any other guys.

Yeah I don't like NTR either if I suspected that the dev would go that route I would stop playing. It wouldn't make any sense either the goal of the MC is to create his own harem, it would be weird if the girls in the harem were having sex with other guys.

Even if the dev decided to go that route which I doubt that he will, it would probably be optional, it would be up to the player if he wanted the girls to have sex with other guys. But people don't like sharing the girls so I think you have nothing to worry about. It would be weird to advertise no NTR on his patreon and then add sharing content to the game. I know that sharing is not NTR but a lot of people see it as the same thing.

Not really, luckily the dev makes it sidecontent since if he forced it into the main game he would probably lose a lot of money from supporters pulling out of his patreon.
And it would not be the first game to go down the drain because the dev just adds stuff cus he gets paid for it instead of making a good game prime example of what i just said is a game on this site called The Company.
The game started great people liked it and it got regular updates but then the dev started to get the people who are into disgusting shit like ntr and the game has practically been in limbo ever since content wise.
I personally pulled my backing for Superpowered a long time ago when everything started to point towards the dev wanting to implement NTR into the game which imo is disgusting trash but the dev seems to have realised the majority of people are really not into that shit and kept it to a minimum

there is a love route and a corruption route, The love route has 1 anal scene which you can avoid by simply not leveling up that atrribute
