Is there a full harem ending with all the girls? I saw a review that said the game felt incomplete and that there was no harem ending, however some comments here alluded to the game having one.

I just finished this game, and I’d say it’s pretty good. But honestly, I prefer the "Bonus Chapter 1-3"—it feels better than the main Virtues story.
I really wish there were more "what if" scenes, expanding on the fantasy elements and incorporating other genres that don’t necessarily fit the main storyline. So, I’ll give it an 8/10. I love the graphics, but to be honest, the story is lacking, which made me bored while playing.
However, as a game that purely focuses on harem, it’s already well-done!

How do you play the Bonus Chapters 1-3? Clicking on them in-game just sends me to Patreon.

As far as i know, it doesn't have a time limit.
I don't know hoy many point you need for the harem ending, but since you don't have a time limit, you can grind for them a bit.
My problem is the lack of a certaing pair. Senning gets introduce as one of the MAIN girls, and gets put to the side and she only part of a "group" with her mother or in the harem ending. There are no Vera/Sennin scenes, or Theodora/Sennin. Which is very sad since this is what was planned, but i think the developers just couldn't figure out how to make that work.
