I've always thought of this game as an Ottoman Empire simulator during its zenith (circa 15th-16th century). When the MC conquerors a nation in game, it is similar to the sack of Constantinople where both sexes, and even the nobility, were subject to the degradations of war. Anyway, since you can never please everyone, having options is always the best way to go in AVNs imo.

I thought it was evident since the beginning, this man was made to be a ruler, he can always be a rightful ruler and avoid rape or any murder (and avoiding this things feels always realistic, not forced to have a nice path, so congrats Dev, many games fall into this error of forced) but in the end his thirst for power will always win, he is open to any ideas to get it, truly machiavellian prince all the way.

I think it's great that you would think about the future story development on the basis of Karder's personality. But I disagree that the urge to dominate would lead him to rape even men.
If we look at rapes in wars in real life, you would hear about women getting raped all the time, but rarely men. I suspect in those rare cases, the perpetrators were into men in the first place. Murder or torture are far more common on men, which is also a form of domination, but not what I'd like to see here.
Nevertheless, thank you for giving us the option to skip gay sex. I'm not offended by it, as in I don't have a problem with other people being gay, but the sight of gay sex disgusts me. Then again, that's just me, and I'm disgusted by a lot of fetishes like anal or pussy licking, which apparently a lot of people are actually turned on by, so I guess I'm not really a standard to go by.
I do hope baby making plays a larger part. It is one of the few physical things the women can pay Karder back for giving him so much trouble. Giving Elvish blood to his babies is truly a wonderful gift, not to mention enlarging his family. They should be milked like cows to get more out of them while they are locked up. I wonder if Karder has tasted Elven or Orcish milk? Such rare commodities must be hard to come by.
On a side note, please consider not beating the women bloody. Personal preference again, but I'm turned off by ugliness, and beating a woman bloody destroys her beauty.
1. It's OK not to like a fetish and to admit it, just as long as you do in a way which respects others who enjoy it (which you did).

Every time you talk to the merchant you get a different answer you should tell her the last one
The merchant gives you goods, source town and destination town, which change each time you start a new game. Grab a pen and paper and note them and go back to Fahda.
Tip: the Source and Destination towns in each list starts with a unique letter (i.e. no two Source/Destination towns starting with the same letter) so if you're feeling extra lazy, you only need to write or remember the first letter of the Source and Destination towns.

Yep, better make them scream. Kinda defeats the purpose of rape if they are getting pleasure out of it.
I am of the same mind, but for me the seduction scenes in the game are so well done that they are better than the "forced / rape scenes". You can still see the domination that Karder exerts in the scene, but it is made even better because of his charisma that the women is wet and willing. He does not have to exert physical violence to get what he wants, although he definitely can. He leaves that for lesser men. He can simply twist and pull the woman to him using mere words, because of his gravitas and charisma, which makes it much hotter for me.
I have 24 years of experience writing porn, both romantic and rapey and everything on the spectrum. For me the bastard/gallant options in the game is not about giving players alternatives, it's about giving me, as an author, options to explore different routes.
Elfkin will be introduced in 0.3, which are slimmer than elves and are absolutely not young human girls, even if they can look very similar to them. I might introduce centaurs as well, because dudes (orcs or even burly humans) fucking a female centaur seems incredibly hot to me, in a rather perverted sort of way. Also, introducing some hapless prisoners to centaur cock can also be a lot of fun (for at least 50% of the parties involved).

There's an optional gay flow in the Oryeonguk/Blazeer miniquest and I've finished adding another one to the upcoming update. The game is mostly hetero but it does and will contain some optional gay scenes.
