I think Sofia is the first instance where the character and backstory is completely different depending on your choice of seduction or dominance, so you're really picking alternate realities rather than alternate approaches. Surprised me a bit.


The script has a variant for if you subdue Karlon (after picking the dominance path), but subdue attacks aren't available in that fight. I suppose you could grind down his 40 health one at a time with 40 rounds of defensive attacks, but it would probably be easier to just make Subdue available.


Fucking the bookseller's orc bodyguard, the MC says it's his first time fucking an orc, despite having already fucked Gleeful the orc in the arena.

1. Sadly no way I can think of to know if Act2 was triggered or not, I'll address that in the future (via a Wench summary screen).
2. Wench birth tracker: coming in the next version or the one after via the aforementioned Wench summary screen.
3. Castle exploration + upgrades: seems like a good idea, I need to see what's the effort. The old porn developer dilemma of "infra Vs. boobies"....

You will probably need to redo the castle eventually because the screen with the wenches is already pretty full and crowded with characters. [ie: no more room]

Since I don't know your source for the castle background renders, as in, I don't know if you can make more from different angles, or if your source has more variety of rooms/courtyard/garden/etc. for you to make renders from, but you can sit down and take a minute to sketch up a layout for yourself if you do have those stuff.



Could easily go back and add in an option at the orc slaver's camp (Naniri sidemission) to bribe the orcs for the other slave [i forget her name], something like paying double/triple her price, to rescue her. The orcs will just have to make an excuse to their beholders for why the slave is gone. [look, SHIT happens, am I right?] Just got to make sure you have enough gold before you even start the infiltration/side mission.

Btw, just another thought, on prior/side characters:
Could have them be the staff/workforce [smaller bedrooms for them, unlike the bigger rooms the wenches get],... like who makes meals, cleans up after wenches, helps take care of babies, etc.
[[[and if you want to go into more depth, you of course can eventually UPGRADE/downgrade their living quarters to match your roleplaying like affection/dominace maincharacter. And also upgrade/downgrade their responsabilities and pay (also a choice, if you want to continue your main character roleplaying).]]]

Another little thought, on how to reintroduce prior/side characters:
you can have the shadow institute [or ask that White hair old friend person, forgot his name] to deliver a letter to a 'selectable' character.
[[[or, since its shadow institute, have them spirit away said character to your castle, for the 'dominice' route/playthrough... got to stick to your character]]]

I mean, as a side venture on your part, because we all want your focus to be on the main campaign/story.

im now playing last mission and then start using money to peacefully build every building on the map without any wench attacking me
i need to say world map is well done but it needs more work,everything needs to be more clear, when i build gold mine the page needs to actually show more gold income from that province and same with troops training, right now it shows no increase so im assuming it doesnt work? but to check for sure i would have to measure my gold income vs previous gold income since its a game to make me relax and bring fun i ashamed to say i lost the need to do the math in school even when it bring me high grades as khan would say because i was more interested with teacher asses
the other things i would do differently is fighting mechanics, i have no idea what to push to actually win fencing battle it looks like pure luck game no indication of what enemy will do at all, could at least do some fighting poses when they start to attack or do simple tour based fight like in RPGs? with skills potions items and equipment? like in peasant quest?
exploring dungeons is also not very convenient using mouse when we could use arrows on keyboard (if ure PC user)
spots on the map could be greater and more visible please like big red squares
bringing girls to my royal court also seem to not be working as they said i would get for example benefit of my troops moving quickly, they still moving slow but maybe quicker than before? i would have to check it closely too but i just dont feel like it right now it takes 2 tours to get troops from place to place maybe it took longer before?
1. Gold Mines and Forts do work, I need to make their function clearer. They add 1 gold/troop to the fiefdoms they are located in when it Yields.

2. For the 1:1 combat, I think the tutorial is clear enough. In the future I plan to change it so your combatant gives you some clues to where he or she (or it...) is going to attack next but for now, sticking in Defensive mode until you figure out your opponent's attack pattern is simple and easy enough. I have terrible memory, despite playing the game and fighting numerous fights I don't remember any opponent's attack pattern (maybe except Angilia's) and I still win 19/20 fights and I don't use the Chicken icon, I eat my own food. Just stick to Defensive and learn their attack pattern. Simple, really.

3. I'll look into adding keyboard shortcuts for the dungeon exploration. If it's easy enough, it's a great suggestion.

4. Yeah, those tiny icons on the town maps haunt me. Time to fix them.

2. Fixed (for 0.7) a bug where Karder worries about getting too close to Hawatia. There's actually a condition there but I messed it up and added the wrong fief as a condition...

3. Sofia's "flexible" background: this is something I keep getting back to in my mind. Is it "ethical" for me as an author to change past events based on the player's choice? On one hand, it presents a better experience for the players who get the story the want, on the other it feels like "cheating" somehow. Perhaps I will modify both stories later so they are more similar to teach other, or at least hide the places where they directly contradict.

4. Karlon is now Subduable (fixed for 0.7)

5. Again, I coded two narratives for whether Karder already fucked Gleeful before (and vide versa) but managed to mess the needed flags so they it didn't work. Fixed for 0.7.

6. I try to add jokes if they come but I don't work hard to shoehorn them in. I'm glad some people chuckle at them :)

7. I'll look into the wrong triggering of the cutscenes issue but it seems very strange to me. The first interlude should trigger once Karder controls 4 fiefdoms and the second once he controls 6. Not sure how they could be triggered in the wrong order but it's worth examining.

1. General note about gold in the quests (i.e. bribing the guards). One of the weird challenges of writing Karder's quests is the money is generally not a problem. He is the fucking Khan so I'm never going to add a "a magic sword for X gold" or "bribe this character with gold" because when you're the Khan and have an income of whole fiefdoms, you're probably going to be able to afford any piece of equipment and bribe any "bribeable" person you come across, but that wouldn't leave much of the quest interesting, will it? There are some exceptions (like bribing lord Taa'ban) but usually bribing a person will not be an option.

2. You brought lot of great suggestions but unfortunately, what I'm lacking is time, not ideas :) My focus is more quests and more Wenches with some World Map game tweaking from time to time but I never lose sight of what's important in life porn: spending time with your loved ones more pussy. From time to time I do bring up "fan favorites" for a second visit but for now it's going to be a secondary effort. Thanks!

Huh. Loading up the game just now and taking her for a quick spin you're right of course. Don't know what happened in previous fights to make me so convinced otherwise.

I don't know that I'd call it 'cheating' or unethical, but it feels like a significant shift in game design. So far we've met a situation and decided how Karder would approach it, but here our decision actually changes what the situation is. Both Sofia's character and her relationship with Karlon are wildly different and contradictory on the two paths.

I'm not sure that that's necessarily a problem, but it does make this a slightly different sort of game in my mind.

There's definitely a risk of trying too hard to force jokes, so some restraint is appreciated, especially with fourth-wall breaking ones like that. But it felt in character for Karder: He's not too bright, he's a blunt instrument who only really knows how to do two things, and his sense of humour is correspondingly crude.

Doorknob22 I've done both the sidequests to burn the temple of first light, gone to the temple during nighttime, but nothing, temple is empty and i got no option to break the vials. Here is the save:

When you go into the temple at night, you'll see three vials on the top left part of the screen. When you reach a location where you want to break the vial, simply click on it and you'll get a message that it was broken.

If you think I can make this clearer for future players, please suggest how, I'm always seeking to improve :)

you could maybe give them a contrasting outline (perhaps a fiery glow!), I've had trouble seeing them because it is a dark colour on dark background.

yeah, the problem is that I always keep my screen brightness at minimum, so seeing dark blue items put on a dark background was a pretty difficult task for me :LOL:

Just got another one where you fuck the daughter on the last day when you bring the 50 gold but I never fuck her in the ass but it says I did the day before.
I went the first day to see the treasure skipped the 2nd day and then went the 3rd day to pay and MC basically raped the daughter in front of the father for the money.

That blowjob from Tana’Dur is animated so this needs the animation tag.

2 girls from early in the game still don't have pregnancy content, hope it comes soon.
Is that one girl going to show up that MC said to ask for an audience of the Kahn?
1 or more girls that are at the castle do not show up yet are they going to be added soon?

So the annoyance is that playing through was said to potentially affect the story in minor ways. I figured raping or not raping a character counted for this at the very least. But I am mistaken.

My bad. Now I guess this happened as the non-rapey (whatever that path is actually called/ gentleman?) path is not as developed as the alternative?

Any way to gallery unlock for Android? For some reason the gallery_unlocker.rpy won't download as a file for me and only as a link.
