Subdue option will be disabled if:
1. Your opponent is not subdueable (mostly stuff you don't want to fuck)
2. You hit that opponent with a non-subdue attack. In this case, you will kill her. In order to subdue an opponent all your attacks must be Subdue.

Will you consider making the women resist during the rape? I understand Karder has already defeated them in the fight before the rapes but they should resist more to no avail. So far, they seem to have accepted their fate when Karder rapes them. In Russian rape porn, usually the girls try to push the rapist away or swing their fists at him, but he just keeps going. In Japanese rape porn, usually the girls try to run away in the middle of the rape. Right now they are tied up in the dungeon, so they can't struggle. I say let them struggle. There is nothing more helpless than exhausting all your options at something and see no effects. I have also seen a porn where the girl spits the cum back at the rapist, and then he slaps her for that (very gently because it's porn) and make her suck him off again. I find that very hot. In short, I think the girls' reactions play a huge role in the pleasure you get from the rape. A girl that has given up resisting is just a sex doll. That's why I hate submission. They should resist to the end.
On a side note, does anyone know other similar games? I have seen the list of cffw. I have tried most of the games on it and none can be compared to this one. Is this the only game on this website that features real rape? With so many people asking for it here, and so many rape porn with real actors, I thought this wasn't a niche fetish. I understand why you want this, but I still don't particularly like it. It seems like a better decision before you deliver the final blow, rather than rebalancing the entire fight.

Think of it as the difference between going into a fight with the intent to overpower & restrain somebody that you don't wish to harm (hence "subdue"), or with the intent to injure & hurt/disable/kill them.
Your approach will be different, from the start, depending on your intent for the outcome.

Currently planned for ruler-wenches only, I hope to be able to be able to push in 0.3. I've allocated the time for it, but it's not at the top of the list so there's a chance it will be pushed to the next version if a higher priority feature or content is delayed.

In the final scene in the vault, it will always be Domia if you took both, Alam will only appear if you didn't complete Domia's story. But since I (somewhat foolishly) hinted that they will accompany you back home, in 0.3 I intend to keep my promise.

Well the ruler-wenches are the only women Karder brings home so they are the only relevant ones going forward. I never expected pregnancy with minor characters since we won't see them again. In fact, if you ask me, so far, Karder has too much interaction with minor characters than with the ruler-wenches. But well, fingers crossed for 0.3
