Playing 0.4.7 build, first timer, its kind of buggy.
Sometimes sending troops bar is already white so you have to close and re-open that send troop window for it to function correctly. This happens constantly. Sometimes, say you can send up to 15 troops, and you max out the bar, it'll show a different number, in one case for me the maxed out bar was 7 even though 15 was possible. This was remedied by reducing it back to 0, hiting OK, and trying again.
After awhile, the help button on the map just stops working and takes me into the throne room.
I spent 100 rounds hovering between negative 10 and negative 1 troops after conquering 4 fiefdoms with lowest obedience at 118 (effective) and lowest morale was 28, out of the four. At this point, your garrison just slowly gets whittled away as you can barely or not quite produce more troops. Obviously the play is to do the next infiltration, then empty the garrisons, then attack. It'd work that way but none of it feels right leaving fiefdoms "unguarded" as you ride off to war. I don't know. It'd just feel better as a leader and conqueror to not literally throw lives away because you can't attract more soldiers due to some math problem. I have no clue if I'm right or wrong in that assumption, that's just the feeling I get from the situation.
The intro to the game needs more renders. If the words are taking me on adventure through the woods, I don't want to stare at the same jail cell I started in, reading about what I wish I was seeing on the screen, 2 forest renders thrown in would do it. I got the same feeling staring MC atop a horse. Throw 1 or 2 more renders in there, maybe another angle on horseback or something.
Overall, its enjoyable game and while I'm not quite finished with this version, one more fiefdom to go, I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes. I really appreciate the variety of body types and I hope our MC stays well hydrated
