I'm not. There are some complex game mechanics in this game. Replicating them wouldn't be easy, especially for someone who doesn't know what they're doing.

I can confirm that, as made a personal dialogue/pic choice mod extending the Ramon scene, and it is confusing AF trying to understand how he tied everything together.

Lot of systems it looks like he made up, and idk how he triggered alt scenes as I tried to set a change of events for one of the branches and it went nowhere.

Ofc, I'm not a coder, like, at all, but it looks like he had a few side scripts running parallel to the main engine, and hooks that were not obvious to me how to activate.

At some point, I did figure out how to trigger a different Shame threshold on an event trigger that the game wanted to gatekeep you out of unless it was crazy low (iirc), but can't remember how I even did that.

How he set up the scene gallery is a total mystery, and rly annoying, as c/n even add a remembrance on one of his own scenes that he just nvr tied into the remembrance room (bad ending as pregnant camp toy) because of it.

Forgot that what I just writ in this reply was just the branch I tried to mod to tie into the existing bad end, but it didn't work.

The actual bad end only pops if you go in w/full gear, but still lose, and it's REALLY hard to lose, then: he disarms you, grapes you, and hands you off to his boss as a communal sex slave, ending in mind break and motherhood. You don't get a gallery of it, tho. That was one problem.

I had tried to mod one of the branches off when you go in to the queen's apartments (foolishly) unarmed, dressed as a harlot (with only Mary's flimsy Luna dress on), and then reach for the sword too fast (don't wait for opportunity) when he pins you down on the bed. Figured it should work to tie into that end, as there is a choice flag and thought the other event chain c/be redirected to, but nope.

You kinda have to work at losing, tho. Make sure you DON'T click on the table with his sword on it, so that he has it for the fight.

Also, you go straight from losing, to the camp, w/only text between: you don't get a scene w/him first. That was actually one of the things I had been looking to change (forgot that detail), but the way scenes are split between script pages (common or location) confused me a bit and I somehow wasn't able to add the escort dress outcome scene to pop before the combat loss scene (iirc, had trouble even finding where the latter was scripted, even tho I found all the scene scripting leading up to it), or the camp toy scene to the end of the wrong choice in the escort dress scene.

Again, tho, I can't do anything more than basic script editing w/o getting lost, so it might be possible, but it looks like some scripts outside the ones I understand are involved, and looking to trigger off specific function calls.

They're saying that they're going to start playing this game from the beginning to try for a scene described in the post they quoted, not that there was a new game they're making.

Even if I'm wrong and they are talking about making their own game, it generally takes longer than 3 hours to go from the idea of a development project to any kind of solid info on it, let alone there being an alpha build of a game.

Make a save in the slot the save file is named after first, then copy the downloaded save over it or rename the downloaded file to one you've already used and replace it. The shared file likely doesn't have the global file (I didn't check), which tells the game engine which save files have already been used and what to look for.

Maybe because it is the 22nd slot and the engine expects 21 before it? Would renaming it to 01 from 22 help?

BTW, make sure ur acct has permissions on the save. It's unlikely to be an issue, but worth checking.

It ports them perfectly fine, if you include the global file or know to make that change. I don't know why they decided to do it that way, other than to save a little time reading the save folder for all the available saves rather than consulting a file for which save slots were used and (IIRC) settings.

Escort dress path with grabbing the sword early gets you used by Ramon, but not sent to the camp; you still stab him after, just like if you waited too long and he fucked you because you hesitated.

It's actually badly designed, because if you grab the sword too soon, he knocks it out of your hand, off the bed, and well away from you, clattering across the floor... And yet you still have it at hand to stab him, after he dumps his load, despite your being very pinned in place down into the mattress, under him.

Both paths have the same script pointer, despite different situations.

It made me think DRG rushed the scene for release goals, and had maybe intended to fix it later, but we'll nvr know, now.

I had wanted the Escort w/grab-sword-too-soon path to lead to the game over camp bad end after he takes you, and for the original combat loss version of that same bad end to have a modified version of the bed scene happen first, but couldn't find how to combine the scenes.
