It's a feature of compressing/converting images. Maybe hero compressing games will take it into consideration next time ;-)

I waited to start playing this game but I got to say (well I don't got to rather I want to ) this is a good game. I like how the dev incorporated the corruption model from Witch Trainer.

The mac version isn't saving for me either. I'm not sure if you have to progress to a certain point in the game, but I got up to that one point where the game recommends you save and wasn't able to still
This isn't the first time I've read this from a Mac user; then as now, I don't know what to say: I'm also a Mac user and have no problem (and never had any problem) saving in this game. When earlier user (@maxlamenace1431) had a similar problem, we couldn't find what made it so he couldn't save and I could.
The Walktrough is saying somethig about an anal scene if you lose to the monsters in the sewers, but all I get is the doctor putting his dick in Astrid’s mouth.

You need to go down in the sewers without bra and panties(Valiant Warrior) to trigger the last sewer scene.
Going into sewer like that is rater unhygienic btw.
