This was almost staggeringly bad. Like, I find it hard to believe that it's this bad on purpose. It's like they went out of their way to make it terrible.
>Level design
The signposting is terrible. Half the dead ends you find contain nothing but a waste of time and the few that have something more usually have healing items, often fewer than you needed to get to them. And sometimes the way forward is something like a random crack in a wall barely bigger than the purely decorative cracks in the wall you've passed on the way.
>Character growth
There's no EXP. The only way to level the Valkyrie girl is to give up the actual MC's levels and that's a card you can only pull so many times as you get a Game Over if her level ever exceeds his. She's also an uncontrollable party member so by leveling her you make the only character you can control weaker. At one point you find a dragon who offers to bless you if you can beat him. You pour all your resources into beating him and then get an upgrade to your sword, causing it to deal a whole 10 more damage. The difficulty curve also scales ridiculously and by the third area the enemies can chew through half your health bar in a single turn. Doesn't matter though, because having your HP drop to 0 just causes a short smut scene and then you get the option to rescue the girl, allowing her to continue fighting at 1 HP. You can do this indefinitely outside of boss battles so you literally cannot lose unless you choose to.
>Resource economy
Are you fucking kidding me? Spells need to be bought for 1500G EACH and then they cost catalysts to actually cast. Let's break that down: A healing herb costs 80G. The catalyst you need to use to cast the healing spell costs 60G. The healing spell heals about as much as the herb but, unlike it, can only be used in combat and costs a turn to use.
The only way to get money that doesn't involve pointlessly killing monsters for hours (remember, no EXP, so money is the only thing you're getting from random encounters) is to whore out the Valkyrie at inns, but that's a card you can only play so many times or you get a Bad End, as in a proper Bad End, with a Game Over and everything.
>Smut
Rape. Rape. Rape. It's all rape. Some of it is okay I guess but the giant high velocity cumshots honestly just made me laugh. Basically, the first scene sets the tone right at gutter level and that's where it stays.
