also whiel we are at this, Tjord is is easier/faster to use AI to generate images and CG rather then using HS? is the gpu not a bottleneck?

Depends. For some scenes it's faster. For something I can standardize on HS2, like character CG, it's more labour-intensive. I am using relatively lightweight model, so generation times are not that much of an issue. Getting AI to obey is
Anything with 2 distinct characters is a pain, as you'll notice without a doubt.calling it here calling now but the tanned girl is actually secretly a confederation double agent, because after i replayed valdana, the second route, she pretty much matches confederation beauty standards, so that's what i'm calling
Tjord2 I'm curious if you've played around with Flux Kontext models at all to do consistency. It's not a magic bullet but it works pretty well with something like, "give her brown skin", or, "give her an angry facial expression" In theory it can also do things like add an outfit to a character though I've found this less reliable without a custom LoRA.

Honestly, I don't find flux very accommodating to my needs, considering performance loss in regards to Sdxl.

It’s great to hear that a new game is in development, and even better that we might be getting it before the end of the year! Thank you so much for all your hard work, Tjord!
I’ll admit I’m a little disappointed that we won’t be getting the full story you originally planned, and that this new episode may end up being more of a “spin-off” rather than the grand series finale I was hoping for. Still, just having another chance to explore this universe and experience a new Tjord game is more than enough for me.
As for the AI art, my main concern is that a lot of lazy devs tend to rely on it to pump out low-effort “slop” games without any regard for quality. But I don’t think that’s the case here. Tjord has always shown clear vision and high standards in his projects, so I’m perfectly fine with it.
My only question is: how big can the AI draw those bimbo anime titties? If they’re as big as Cassandra or Latifa, then I have no complaints XD.

AI can mimic artstyles pretty well. For my little project I'm going for Akagi Rio's artstyle, and it sometimes looks on point.

If that's what you're discarding your stuff will look pretty damn good. I avoid downright freaky looking stuff but I gave up on weird fingers and stuff like that.
Though like I said I'm going a bit low effort, I'm using NovelAI instead of building something on my PC (couldn't get premade stuff to run, didn't want to train something myself), and other online options didn't seem as good for what I need (like doing both CG and portrait, doing multiple Original characters in the same image, etc), the downside is that it doesn't look as good (eyes and hands particularly) and has lower resolution.
About Lamashtu, I was also thinking the girls were going to have more "types" of transformations given there's less girls and AI allows for it rather easily, kinda sad it's not the case, but that puts into perspective when you said this is a smaller scale project. Still very much looking forward to it.

A bit disappointed how short the new game is. Real unfortunate that the images for the bigger game has been lost. Hopefully you can find a way to slowly work on it!
So is I take it the "Cannon" ending for Valdana was joining the Confederacy in the 1.00 route? Since the Priest is dead in the 2.00 route?
