About length of Lamashtu - it was supposed to be very short, experimental game from the start. Hence only two heroines and fairly simple plot. I did not expect the script would grow to a size of a full game (it might not be noticable due to a different structure, but the script is only slightly shorter than Valkyrie)
Canon ending is Victorica's one. Fritz "marries" the queen, repels Alliance's fleet and makes Valdana his personal fief, aligning it with Confederacy. From Alliance's perspective, considering the circumstances, it's as good as joining it. Maybe that''s why you might get confused by dialogues in Valkyrie and Lamashtu.
Dunno, for now I am going to take a break from writing. And after than, maybe I'll at last go back to my comfort zone - fantasy. The Fall universe can be only milked so much before it becomes stale.
I think I speak for a lot of people that we were looking forward to the next big The Fall game. Hopefully you can find inspiration to finish it.

Make sure you finish your biggest project please. A proper sendoff for the series.
Well I think you can milk it a little bit more as you can take inspiration from prison academy as your idea, and make a game like valdana but with the premises of an academy where they recruit and train maybe nobles and young princesses or kids who excell at things like that,
Another game could be where you infiltrate the alliances one of their main base to brainwash the base from inside
Ohh and another one could be where you go to an neutral planet which is essentially for both the alliances and neo terran, so both groups send their envoy diplomats to make them join their side and while that is happening neo terran can do their brainwashing of both the parties
I am just suggesting it, cause there could be many possible stories which could be possible and I love games like prison battleship and your Fall series as there aren't many of it
I downloaded it right after it was released yesterday, as I didn't write a review immediately after the previous night. I'd give it a six out of ten. Because of the use of AI technology, the art style suddenly switches from Western to Japanese, which was a bit jarring. The AI-powered animation in the early story introductions was hilarious, but I slowly got used to it once I got into the main story.
Cons: Because it's AI-powered, the details of the characters' brainwashing aren't well-reflected. The AI-powered old characters create a strong disconnect from the original. You can only choose one of two endings; there's no "all-you-can-get" ending.
Pros: The use of AI has sped up the game's development process, which is a good thing. We've entered the era of short episodes, where quick, brief bursts of excitement are more important than lengthy waits. Midway through the game, I thought it would replicate the plot of <Prison Battleship>, but it took a different twist (no spoilers), which is a positive.
I hope the author sticks with a Western-style art style when using AI. It's a bit strange, and the market is flooded with AI-powered works that use a Japanese manga style, making it difficult to differentiate. If the author writes other themes in the future, I hope that corruption will be the first element. Corruption is the best!

The academy thing sounds reasonable, since we have Prison Academy from Lilith, but it would be another spinoff and Tjord was going to make an ultimate farewell with the Fall series with the last big title in line, if I understood him right. So I don't think there will be more spinoffs.
To be honest, I had a similar idea involving a military academy storyline, following the same logic as «Prison Academy». I even started writing a fanfic, but over time it evolved into a different, original project.

Naah. I can be quite whimsy, and if my next holidays come in a period when I am in a mood to write another The Fall game, you'll get another spin-off. It's just that I am running out of good ideas for the universe. Don't get me wrong, hooks like those written by @Enigmatic-shadow are decent (in fact, after creating Isis, my first idea of a sequel was surprisingly similar to the third scenario.)

Alas, cooking a decent scenario requires more ingredients than a good hook. Especially since I don't like repeating used story beats.
For this reason BTW, out of all Kangoku Senkan games, Kangoku Academia is my least favourite, precisely due to the lackluster setup. IMHO any school/academy make a poor setting for a corruption story, since it naturally limits "power levels" of female characters, making their downfall less spectacular, and thus satisfying. Unless, of course, said school is merely a background, and characters operate on a different, disconnected power scale (see: Magical Girls genre) or social hierarchy. KA plot is bascially "Those are the girls, here's a scene to show they are strong, now brainwash them", which is fine for a small game, but I expect more from Lilith.
Hi Tjord2, an idea I think that would be interesting is have a female main character again but this time her and her team are cornered by the Neo Terran and out of self-preservation she contacts the Neo Terran and agrees to brainwash her team so they will spare her. In the beginning she is trying to justify it to herself but as the story goes on she begins to enjoy turning her team into slaves and in the end it no longer becomes about saving herself but her ending up wanting to help the Neo Terran capturing the Alliance and Turning the women into sex slaves. What I find interesting in this story is the main character slowly being corrupted by enjoying corrupting her team.
At the route choice in Lamashtu, it suggests three possible paths: focus on one, focus on the other, or split attention evenly between them.
But there are apparently only the first two options. Is there or will there be eventually a focus on them evenly route?

I contemplated adding a third route, but I don't think I could make it sufficiently different from other two. Unless it's a bad end for MC
I liked it. It was somewhat shorter, but I feel it still did a good job. I actually liked the art switch myself to be honest, and I think it helped make the Gyaru aspect look better.
The plot was nice. The most interesting part of these stories to me is when the women are partially corrupted, which we got a lot of this time. It was also good to see the targets have a plan and be something other than helpless victims. Having Irene already also added a lot of "Corrupted Women Helping Corrupt Others" content, which is also a good narrative point here.
Overall I consider this a success. I liked it more than Valkyrie, and I think I also liked it better than ISIS.

Ohh I got another story which i think would suit it, I just red a manga now the name is "Yuusha ni Minna Netoraretakedo Akiramezu ni Tatakao. Kitto Saigo wa Ore ga Katsu" it's an story about a mc who has a harem but another person from another world who is a hero uses his powers to brainwash the mc's harem which is set in a fantasy world, i think the premise can be used to make a game where you can use this for a fall game where, it could be like you play as the mc and a villain brainwashes your heroines or you can be like a friend of the mc who is jealous of your friend and joins the neo terrans for power,I contemplated adding a third route, but I don't think I could make it sufficiently different from other two. also I noticed and loved the Taiping heavenly kingdom reference, truly you have patrician taste.
I'm a sucker for all things TheFall, but a fantasy title sounds awesome.
Out of your fantasy titles, I only completed Asturion (mostly due to redux), but I took a peek a while ago at the CGs of the others to see what the "corrupted" characters looked like, and I can confidently say you massively improved since then from Isis onwards concerning the looks of those characters. The first corrupted from Asturion, Sofia, was a personal favorite for me but other than that all your transformations in TheFall have been marginally better.
Knowing this and that I've been pleasantly surprised by the AI in Lamashtu, I think going back to fantasy would be both refreshing and interesting to see with all the changes and improvements since last time.
Seconded. I would love to see a return to the asturion universe or something like it.
