I've used ChatGPT to write several decent plugins for VAM already.. it takes some trial and error, and throwing log errors back and forth a few times..but getting ChatGPT and Deepseek to work together has given me great results in some usable plugins that otherwise arent available.... one being a toggleable absolute toe bone lock (basically removes the toe bone hinge entirely and locks the toes in the position they are in when the plugin is loaded)..this coupled with ShoeHelper has made some of my more niche scenes ALOT more realistic and provided alot more usability for the copious amount of various footwear that were otherwise 'broken'. Couple others ive made is a 'GluteControl' plugin and a 'CollisionMorphTrigger' which are also very useful. Not yet. It's still early in developement.
@duberdubi: I think it will be possible to port models from different sources to VAM2 just like in VAM.
Edit: Oh right. There is already an AddonKIT.
Also yesterday i stumbled across an auto-aligner plugin that was written with ChatGBT?!?!
If AI is really far enough to write plugins for VAM, it might even be able to port them as well.
I wouldn't want to miss the features from BodyLanguage, E-Motion, VAMmoan and many others.
Would be great if "Character comes to life" features would become basekit so that you have all in one and don't constantly run into issues because there are 3 plugins fighting for dominance over the glance target.
