Last Sovereign by Sierra Lee. It's really in depth, has a lot of variables that are used to calculate things during wars and relationships with people you meet. Currently the sex scenes are text only but she is working with an artist now to have them all CG'd.

Roundscape Adorevia. Probably one of the more well known RPG's in RPGM. It's been around a while and has is a pretty long game with a lot going on. The main story is complete with 2 expansions added but they are still adding content to it.

Desecration of Wings. More a personal choice for me. I love this game, another Sierra Lee one. It has a female protag and she is a prostitute but only because she really loves sex not because she's forced and she's a total badass.

Legend of Queen Opala. There are 3 games to this with Origins being the latest. People have mixed feelings about the first 2. Personally I enjoy them but they can be quite tedious to get 100% out of. Some people have just started with Origins and forgot the first 2, I suppose you could use wiki to catch up on what's going on. It's the second one that has the most impact on the 3rd. The war that starts at the end of 2 is going on as Origins starts.

Renryuu Ascension. Another one I really enjoy. Has a lot of town management stuff going on and side games (not annoying mini games) mainly involving strategy as you use your kingdoms army to fight battles every now and then.

Harem. A game where you go around kicking ass and building up a harem of women, what more could you ask for.

Harem Collector. Similar to the one above but the MC is a bit of a douche, game is pretty fun though.
