After starting a new game, her Shame is still 0, but still she won't go commando in public.
I just played the end again and started a new game. It said "Succession data can be loaded" but it doesn't say how I can do that.
In the new game, my bags are empty, and I have only 100f of money with me. So somehow, the succession data doesn't get copied to my next gameplay.

it requires a certain level of lewd, but to unlock the exhibition in the capital, you must at knight go west talk with the naked girl.
then to go to the exhibitionist bar you need to step on EVERY air trap in the capital at night it will unlock the ladder to go into the sewers and unlock more scenes

Even though I indicated that everything should be copied from my completed game to the NG+, nothing was copied at all. Not the clothes, not the accessories, not the level, not the money and so forth.
But when I started the new game, the game said that the succession data can be loaded. It just didn't tell me where or how to do that.
