Not the same feature. The super golden (or whatever the name is), can remove and change stuff "under the hood". Go inside asset files and so on. So MUCH more power. I want it too.
EXACTLY, why puting such restrictions on a game that is supposed to let you do what you can't do in real life ? What's the point of getting the same frustration on the game that you got irl ? Who's gonna pay for that in the long term ? As soon as another sandbox with less limitations will rollout, vam will be dead. This game needs way more freedom to stay alive, or it will slowly die like the old illusion games.
It is as stupid as all the amount of polluting fake threads on reddit ( that kind of sucks initially in terms or organisation and presentation, maybe the wirst ui possible to search data ... ). 90% or them are DEAD, with clown admins deleting the links while keeping the posts, making you losing HOURS of search to find out everytime the post is contentless. If at least they removed all the post, but no ... Game censorship sucks, and kind or kills the pleasure, as this app is already not so easy and intuitive to handle ( and seems to also try to censor any realease of mods that coule hekp that, goodbye EasyMate

The Hub needs strict content regulation in order to avoid a PR disaster.
Remember how much flak RDR2 because you could tie up a suffragette and feed her to the alligators? No-one gave a shit that you could do that to any other NPC, because that wasn't the sensational news story.
You think some opportunistic "journalist" thirsty for a story would not grab the opportunity to denounce the "twisted dark corner of the internet where despicable degenerates take celebrity doppelgangers and place them in non-con situations for their own personal amusement?" and put a spin how the makers of VaM are profiting from all of this.
It doesn't matter how misleading that whole story would be, porn has a certain stigma to it and most people would not care to research if it's true or not (apart from those that would be turned on and want to try it for themselves haha)

The restrictions aren't in the game though, it's a combination of paywalls and self-censorship of indy creators who want to monetize their work, the game itself is sandboxy enough to make pretty much anything you desire. The restrictions in place on the hub are understandable, given the roasting MeshedVR got by the media and from a legal standpoint, he needs to take into account, as best he can, the restrictions on pornographic material where he's seeking to sell his game. the last thing Meshed needs is people putting PestSFM level snuff all over his site and it getting banned banned by ISP's and yeeted of Patreon. In my view, the best hope you have for extreme content is creating it yourself, and/or F95Zone fostering a community that creates and shares content that falls outside what is permissible by the Hub, but complying to this sites rules, which are far more lax. There is a wealth of knowledge here and this site has already spawned a couple of talented creators.
As for Reddit, since the opening of the Vam Hub, the maintenance of the Reddit threads has went completely to shit and great content by inactive creators has been lost. However, many of the people on this site were using Vam prior to the Hub, so, if you find a thread with dead links on Reddit, ask here. There is a good chance that if you link the thread, someone will have downloaded it in the past and can reup it here.
Almost, but the plugin I saw let you hide a body part - for example, hide just the head and keep everything else. Useful for recording POV scenes.

Thanks so much for the RAR. Playing around with the script I'm not able to get the head to hide, even after adding it to the list of parameters. Darn.
*UPDATE* Oh - I see. There's more above the neck than just the head, including face, eyes, etc.

All the reddits talking about jhard bdsm, piss drinking, scat or beastiality are mostly still there but links on them are deleted, and you can only find it out after reading the all shit. some gay / futa scenes links have also been deleted without "clear" explainations.
And the "delete links but not thread" sneaky method is done in purpose by reddit mods : Just like facebook, longer you search, longer you stay and more ads you will see. I simply avoid any reddit links since a year : I hate this platform that sucks even more than Facebook.
I won't even talk about Discords, this shit is just like Facebook in terms of privacy ( plus your phone number, so hell no ) but it's also a pain in the ass to search stuff on it. Nothing better than the forum format + anonib links has been invented yet.
So yes i f****g agree, we need an "extreme vam" group / thread for all the fantasy shit in here !
