For starters, you should definitely go into the game and if you can’t figure it out yourself, then watch a lot of VaM guides and ask questions here. But the very first thing is to go into the game.
There are a few threads here, on reddit and on the hub. Basically you open the scene you want, select the character you want to change, then load an Appearance Preset to that model.
Go into "Edit" mode, select the character you want to change, and then just change ("fine-tune") it...?!
I'm not sure if it's exactly the model you're looking for, but may it's this?
Not really these are the later ones as i told, i have the frosbane3d one which is similar to this one. The one i am asking is from the 1st reboot game of tomb raider. Its weird that no one ever made that one hmm. As pics below these are the one i am looking for.
