can anyone help with with improving hair quality? they always look better in the thumbnail scenes photo before i load but i have never changed it from the start default setting and only been on vam 2 months as i am still learning but i have a 470 super 64gb ram and a good cpu. a step by step guide in the UI for it would be perfect and appreciated!

Ur scene could also use lights. Judging from the skin and clothes, lights can spruce these up a bit.

Anyone know how I can do a fresh reinstall and keep my saves/looks? Do I just install in a separate folder and just copy/paste my looks into the new one?
I haven't been able to get VAM to work for several days. It keep crashing whenever I load a character.

look for the AddonPackages folder in the main folder, there you'll find all the .var and .var.depend.txt files. these are downloaded scenes. The other user personal stuff is in Saves.

2 main folders to look out for saves/looks are "Custom" and "Saves" from ur Vam folder along side Addonpackages. ofc those folders store more than just ur saves/looks but i still personally recommend to just yoink those 2 folders whenever u want to set up new Vam

I can move my body with the stick in VR, but I want to be able to move the camera up and down with the stick.

In VaM on the grey popup menu with Play Mode / Edit Mode in VR (Or desktop) look for "Click for more options" then uncheck "Navigate Lock height" then you can use the stick to go up / down.About screen operation.

I have a question: how can I fast-forward through scenes and skip ahead? Sometimes I don't want to watch the whole introduction, but I can't skip it without watching everything. How can I fast-forward?
That depends on how the scene was created. Usually it is done using the Timeline plugin. Just edit the character, go to plugins, find the timeline plugin and scroll foward. This process can sometimes break the scene, so use it carefully. More detailed instructions can be found

Also is there a way to swap character from the scene? Like basic in-game blowjob scene but with Eve I downloaded from here.
And is there a way to download dependencies? I downloaded Eve from stellar blade and her dependencies links are on a different files. Is there a way to download that quickly or I will have to download each myself?

Also the load look from scene is taking me back to main menu of game when I'm clicking other scene after clicking on load look from scene option.
