Hello. I'm new here any guide for a nub and mod packs? Any one got some recommendations? And what kind of performance will I see with rtx 3080 and 12400f? I'm asking because I see complaint about performance. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean with mods, but I assume you are talking about

Performance wise VAM1 is not optimized for modern CPU architecture, but if you don't crank up everything you should still be able to have a good time with your PC. Just give it a try, but use

I can't install var_browser property I'm getting the movable box but it's empty. Why is that?

Also is there a way to swap character from the scene? Like basic in-game blowjob scene but with Eve I downloaded from here.

And is there a way to download dependencies? I downloaded Eve from stellar blade and her dependencies links are on a different files. Is there a way to download that quickly or I will have to download each myself?

1. You need to create a folder called "AllPackages" and copy all vars to there (not the "AddOnPackages" folder. Than click on Category - Scene(Control+Shift+Alpha2).

2. Use the

plugin which can be downloaded here. Alternatively just save/load the appearance at the submenu of Edit - Cycle selected person Atom.

3. Go to the ingame Hub Browse and Click on "Scan hub for missing referenced packages" and "Download All". it will only download the packages that are available for free on the hub.

Can you explain in detail first one. I can't find out why. it's not working.

Also the load look from scene is taking me back to main menu of game when I'm clicking other scene after clicking on load look from scene option.

I'm new to VaM and I find managing the scene browser to be really annoying. Is there a way to sort it or filter it? Also, is there a way to save looks faster than loading up the scene for every character and then saving the look? One last thing, should I hunt for every missing package on here that I can't download through the hub?

nvm the last part, I used sharp vam tools, that made it easier

For saving Looks, try Chokaphi's PresetMaker. It scans all Vars (or you can filter by author) and creates an appearance preset from any person Atom it finds. It can also do the same for hair and clothing. Takes a little time (depending on how many Vars you have, but you can just set it going and leave it til it's done.

How to enable something similar in Vam?
Some mod maybe?
Playing in Passthrough mode of course

I'm not sure why you are asking for env. depth.
Are you refering to depth of field?

Maybe you are referring to the advertising by BraindanceVR.
Regular VR porn movies don't have actual 3d capability because you can't walk around the scene and view it from different ankles. However with VAM this is no issue as everything is created in actual 3D in the first place.

Lol now it make sense why my scene are not working I deleted.jpg files. I thought they were for reference of the pose or model.
