I'm new to VaM and I find managing the scene browser to be really annoying. Is there a way to sort it or filter it? Also, is there a way to save looks faster than loading up the scene for every character and then saving the look? One last thing, should I hunt for every missing package on here that I can't download through the hub?

nvm the last part, I used sharp vam tools, that made it easier

For saving Looks, try Chokaphi's PresetMaker. It scans all Vars (or you can filter by author) and creates an appearance preset from any person Atom it finds. It can also do the same for hair and clothing. Takes a little time (depending on how many Vars you have, but you can just set it going and leave it til it's done.

Braindancevr has parameter - env. depth
How to enable something similar in Vam?

There are .jpg files as well what am I supposed to do with that does that go any folder as always?
im assuming its texture files? if so its should be in VaMfolder\Custom\Atom\Person\Textures

Also can someone teach me how to add voice to model? Like moaning sound for girls?
try its one of the most common plugin for moan and ofc there are many other ways as well so u should try searching moan or voice on the main vamhub

I'm not sure why you are asking for env. depth.
Are you refering to depth of field? .
If you just want to play with Passthrough, take a look into .
Maybe you are referring to the advertising by BraindanceVR.
Regular VR porn movies don't have actual 3d capability because you can't walk around the scene and view it from different ankles. However with VAM this is no issue as everything is created in actual 3D in the first place.
Hope I could help.

Lol now it make sense why my scene are not working I deleted.jpg files. I thought they were for reference of the pose or model.

it was in my local morphs folder. no idea where i got it from. its probably included in some morph pack but i uploaded just that one here.
Can't find a morph pack that includes it but it's included in many VARs. NoOC has a model named NoOC.Ashe.1.var that includes 12 Ashe-XXXXXX morphs.

Yes, thank you, maybe I didn't describe it correctly enough, in Braindance this parameter (env.deep) in Passthrough mode allows the game image not to overlap surrounding objects.
That is, in Vam if you point your hand at a character, the hand will disappear behind the character model.
In Braindance this problem is solved by enabling env.deep (settings panel on the left)

I have an question,

My vam is very bloated. im planning to do a fresh install. But i have almost 20 characters i really like to be in a new vam. just packaged one character to a var file and it was kinda huge undertake. Made me think if its possible to include for example 4 characters in one scene and make a var file of the scene and run sharpvamtool to download everything included in the scene, would that work?

I think it would be better for you to look into
What it does is it makes it so you have an additional folder (AllPackages) for all your VARs while dynamically moving ones you use/want to use into normal one (AddonPackages).

In your scenario I assume those 20 characters have some dependencies so you could also set up an auto install feature on them. Though I think you could technically create those scenes with characters, then mark those scenes as auto install so that you always have the dependencies for them installed.
