was it before steam got infested with hentai games? Knowing what other games bring with patches I don't think VAM does anything outstanding in terms of adult content, maybe VOLVO did not like monetization method or whoever checking on game wasn't in mood.

There are a shitton of .jpg files in my addonpackages folder. Can i savely delete them or does this ruin the scene selection ? or should i move it somewhere else ?

yes from this folder you can delete all other files except var. look in save/scene maybe these pictures are needed there
or if you downloaded something here, the author of the collections simply adds previews to the files and you threw them into the folder with them, then just delete them

I know that we have asset releases and there's also stuff on hub. There was also that one link about look alikes but is there anything else for scouting new characters? Recently I've seen vids of Shinobu Jacobs apparently having VaM port and was wondering if someone was incorrect with their video tag, author did the thing but isn't sharing with anyone or there's some other place to get characters from?

The scene selection screen is not complete. In the var folder, it can't be set to a separate folder with a name,
right? Every time I enter the game again, I have to allow the plugin again even though I pressed allow forever. How do I fix this?

I want to connect to VAM HUB to download the dependencies but why do I get the error "Failed to fetch hub info"? I can use the vam updater and update it to 1.22.0.12 but still no luck. Can anyone help me?

So I've been using varmanager for a little bit now. Really like how i can store my var's on a separate drive, but the problem is I cant seem to get CUA to work. I keep getting this error. Any ideas?

I also get a timeline cannot import controller.
