But if you got clue on whatsoever, give VamX a chance.
I personally don't use it anymore because it lacks of variaty but its perfect for starters if you want to get the hang of it.
It even had AI chat which was limited to a daily or weekly changing password but it was kinda funny to try out without hosting AI next to VaM and melt my PC
Dunno if the AI chat is still a thing, this was a year ago or so.
Yeah, I use that plugin a lot! I love it! I was just explaining that swapping out morphs from different models isn't super technical. I see it like character sliders in a RPG game, but there's just tons of them.

Ok is there a step by step guide on how to install this? Downloaded the torrent form the first page, updated it via the updater in the file and it gave me an error. after that the program itself was bugged and not working. Is there a link to a stable version etc?

Download a current up-to-date version of the Updater from Patreon (link in OP, you can download it for free), put it into an empty folder, let it run and download the latest version of VaM, done.

. click install button (will install in the same folder). For desktop run the file VaM (Desktop Mode).bat. Maybe you ran vam.exe and you have no VR?

I ran VaM_Updater.exe, but should I click Update Launcher or Not now?
To clarify, this is what I did:
1. I downloaded the 17gb file and extracted it to a folder.
2. I downloaded the [VIRUS] vam updater from the original post and extracted it to the VAM folder, overriding the other updater.
3. I ran vam_updater.exe
4. I clicked Update Launcher
5. Then on the bottom of the launcher, I click the green button to update to latest version.
Is all that correct?

For next time. You just need to download the updater(its basically an installer), It should download everything for you into the folder the updater is in(its also free on patreon). Make sure to update the game to latest version.
Its not a "pirated copy" people just shared the key so everything is functional and yes, Creator key is best, settings are fine.
There are some old vids maybe on youtube, load the basic scene with the person and light click edit mode and go through all the UI buttons on the bottom learn what they do. One will select the person and another UI will pop up you can edit save and load looks on whoever is selected...

In VaM you can only make renders for your "big game". You still need some engine to create the game (for example Renpy), and also tons of resources for you to create scenes. So it is still easier to do the rendering part in DAZ, even though it takes a long time to create a render.

You can do this within the vam UI itself. And enable/disable can be done with a simple UI button you can add.
No Plugins needed.
I can move some of the objects but I cant find the delete button. Do I need to be on a different mode for that?

When you entered the creator key like everybody else, its just within edit mode.
And then you see your atoms on the left which are loaded to the scene.
Make sure "hidden" is ticked, alot of stuff can be hidden.
You can just remove for example this UI button from the screenshot like this

I like scene stripper to delete specific stuff like lights more easily
great plugin. Didn't know this one.
theres a plugin that adds a X on the atom name, so you can simple remove them without having to open it first. About adding, maybe the sub scene loader? You can config a group of items to be added automatically with subcene loader.
Could you upload that model by any chance? The download link for it isn't working for me.
