I love the art and premise, but I found the combat to be really annoying and that made me to give up fairly quickly. In all honesty I'd prefer "traditional" RPGM combat maybe spiced up with some distance mechanics for grapple attacks etc. Biggest issue was the amount of menus needed for the special abilities, items etc and time how long the combat takes.
I liked struggle mechanic and how order of turns is determined, very cool ideas and they were done well.
This was when I tested fairly recent version - not the latest, but unfortunately can't remember exact version and have since then removed the game and download. For now game is on my "check when ready" list and "maybe" plus on steam's wishlist so I don't forget to check it out eventually...
