*facepalm* the first two season were aired uncensored if i remember right. don't remember but i think japan also lifts the restrictions on censorship if it's aired late night/super early morning similar/same as the US does.

S3 is trash because they tried to fit three volumes (5, 6, 7) in one season and rushed to hint Issei's new powerup, so yeah they did skip a lot (like the first fight against the Hero faction, Akeno's date, and more). The last two episodes aren't even canon to the novel. They also switched things around. S4 is good though as it does follow volumes 9 and 10 with just a small flashback added to make up for S3 not including Issei's fight against the shadow guy. The remake of the Juggernaut Drive is how it happened instead of how season 3 did it as well.
Am I missing something? I've watched the entire series uncensored, nipples and f-bombs in every season.

I think there is a misunderstanding. I didn't mean the actual existing series. That is available uncensored in terms of breast exposure. I was talking about uncensored actual sex...which as far as I know is still illegal in Japan. And is not included in the series.

It's not illegal, but DxD falls under the "Ecchi anime" definition than an hentai. So, as an ecchi anime, it cannot go beyond showing breasts. Genitalia, or any form of explicit sex is not allowed to be shown:

To add on, the company that publishes the novel limits what the author can do. For instance, one of Issei's powerups was going to come from sucking on Rias' tits, but the publisher said that was too much and denied it so he went with something else but I don't know/remember what.
I actually turned that into a game mechanic x) Although I've changed it slightly for balance reasons, so unless there are some certain story points where I need to increase Issei's power, you'll be able to power up only sucking on unique breasts.

Season 4 was a word to word adaptation of volumes 9 and 10. There's no need to remake that one. Season 3 was a complete mess, however instead on wasting time and money remaking it I'd rather that they just gave us S5 already. It should cover volumes 11 and 12, which are the highlight of the story and it would also be a good stopping point for the anime as well.

Yes, that's very unfortunate since it kind of ruins the story by making some scenes frustrating.
Granted that I agree with some choices, like rejecting Xenovia at first since I believe it's more meaningful to actually have her scenes once she falls in love with him. The problem is the cockblocking even after Xenovia develops feelings, which is reasoned with Raynare's effect that had on Issei's mental health, but those will be covered much earlier in the game.
