It can be better by allowing to change the Butt/Breasts size of the Characters, remove the Censure, and allow to change roles of the characters

"FutanariSexaroid-nonVR" folder keeps appearing in my Downloads folder containing some empty file. I’m not sure how often this happens, but nearly every time I open the Downloads folder, this folder is there again. I uninstalled the game long ago and keep manually deleting the folder, yet it reappears. Has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so, how can I resolve it?
